The Dalton Conservatory is an environmental education and conservation project based in Colorado Springs, CO, (stay tuned for updates!) Our goal is to cultivate curiosity about all tropical regions on Earth (these areas host the densest biodiversity) through exposure to plants representative of those places in a modern conservatory, (to be built by 2030.) To educate all curious individuals around the world about plants through providing interactive exciting curriculum and regular conservatory updates using modern tools and communication. To regenerate our planet through restoring damaged environments and communities in the tropics, make available rare plant from conservatory sales and from safe reliable sources, (conservatory stock and ethical dealers) and to serve as a model to inspire the building of future conservatories in an energy-efficient, eco conscious, and architecturally modern way.
